The printer arrives in a very well packaged crate. I was intimidated by the setup instructions. However, it comes with the manual and videos (youtube.) I installed the ink and setup the printer without any issues. I started to print but the white ink would not work. I contacted customer service and the service you receive is unbeatable! He was so nice and polite. It was actually just a mistake I made on the printer settings. If you are considering a DTF printer, you should choose this one. They stand behind their product! The printer works perfectly !!! The service is unbeatable!!
Product was almost perfect for me. I received it and the printer feeder belt was off so I had to call for help to put it back on. Everything worked great, it took a moment to get used to things but I have nothing but good things to say. The only issue I had was it can only print 8in wide designs, which limited my capability. I returned it so I could invest in the larger format printer. If I going to spend any money it going to be on the A3. However it is good for the hobbyist not a too good for the small business person though.
I finally got to setup my A4 DTF printer everything was going smoothly but then my prints were off. I messaged Jack and he helped me get my print settings correct. He also told me how to do my everyday maintenance.
Jack from costumer service was great at helping me to fix my settings, now I print high quality images, I highly recommend this printer.
I have to say, this is the first DTF printer I ever buy and use. Although in the beginning I was a bit frustrated that I had to assemble a few things in the printer, the process wasn't difficult at all and the moment I felt I got stuck, I reached out to their support and I received the helpI needed. I am very grateful to be able to receive help at 3:00 AM. Once I understood how to operate it (thanks to their instructions) I gotta say the product quality is amazing, specially for the price of the product. Highly recommend it! (Another plus, space friendly).
