1) Shipping Time

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days to most destinations after dispatch.
  
• Processing time: 1–3 business days (order verification, packing, and hand-off to the carrier).
  
• Peak season note (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday): allow an extra 2–5 business days for processing due to high volume.
  
• Special models / back-order: certain items may require additional processing; the checkout page will display any extended lead times.
  

2) Shipping Methods

• Default express service via UPS or FedEx (we may also use DHL Express where it provides faster service to your address).
  
• All orders receive a tracking number. You’ll get an email/SMS when your order ships.
  

3) Split Shipments (Machines vs. Consumables)

• If you purchase machines together with ink, powder, or other consumables, they may ship separately due to carrier regulations for liquids/powders.
  
• Delivery windows for each package can differ; separate tracking numbers will be provided.
  

4) Shipping Fee

5) Shipping Warehouses

7) Order Changes & Address Accuracy

  If your tracking shows no movement for 72 hours (business days) or you see a delivery exception, contact us and we’ll intervene with the carrier.
  

10)Damaged/Incomplete Deliveries
