Warranty & Support Policy
At Carbcolords, we stand behind the quality of our DTF machines and want you to print with confidence.
Standard Coverage
12 months from shipment date for electronics & mechanical components (mainboard, motors, sensors) under normal use.
- Applies to defects in materials or workmanship
- Remote setup/support is included
Limitations & Exclusions
- Consumables & wear parts (printhead, capping, wiper, inks, films, powders) — not covered except DOA within 7 days of receipt.
- Improper installation/misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications.
- Damage during transport if not packed in original materials.
Extended Warranty (Optional)
Extend coverage to 24 or 36 months. Contact support for pricing and availability.
