I love this machine. It is my first DTF machine. I have used vinyl and tried the conversion kit on other printers and it was a mess and did not go well for me. After looking around I found this one and ordered it. It came in a wooden box and was very well packaged. The videos are a great help. Customer service is also top of the line. I love my Dtf printer, I ran into some issues but it was all set up problems. I had a technician answer all the questions had which was very helpful when my videos wouldn’t load. There were my prints after everything was set up. I’m very happy with my purchase!
