1. Will this ink work with my DTF printer?
This ink is designed for standard water-based DTF printing systems. Before use, confirm that your printer is configured for DTF textile pigment ink and follow the printer manufacturer’s maintenance instructions.
2. Will this DTF ink clog my printhead?
The smooth-flow formula is designed to support consistent ink delivery and help reduce clogging. Regular nozzle checks, white-ink circulation and routine printer maintenance are still required for reliable performance.
3. Does the white ink settle?
White DTF ink contains a high concentration of pigment and may naturally settle over time. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use and maintain regular white-ink circulation inside the printer.
4. Can I mix this ink with another brand?
We do not recommend mixing different ink formulas. For better color consistency and printing stability, flush and clean the ink system before switching from another brand.
5. Is DTF powder included?
DTF powder is included only with the Complete Refill Kit. The Ink-Only Refill Kit includes four 250ml CMYK bottles and one 500ml white ink bottle without powder. Please check the selected package before ordering.
6. How should I store the ink?
Keep the bottles tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Shake the white ink thoroughly before use and avoid leaving opened bottles exposed for long periods.
7. Will the printed colors be bright and washable?
The ink is formulated for bright, consistent color output and strong white coverage. Final wash resistance depends on the DTF film, powder application, curing temperature, heat-press settings and fabric type.
