Jack from costumer service was great at helping me to fix my settings, now I print high quality images, I highly recommend this printer.

I have to say, this is the first DTF printer I ever buy and use. Although in the beginning I was a bit frustrated that I had to assemble a few things in the printer, the process wasn't difficult at all and the moment I felt I got stuck, I reached out to their support and I received the helpI needed. I am very grateful to be able to receive help at 3:00 AM. Once I understood how to operate it (thanks to their instructions) I gotta say the product quality is amazing, specially for the price of the product. Highly recommend it! (Another plus, space friendly).

I love this machine. It is my first DTF machine. I have used vinyl and tried the conversion kit on other printers and it was a mess and did not go well for me. After looking around I found this one and ordered it. It came in a wooden box and was very well packaged. The videos are a great help. Customer service is also top of the line. Thank you so much for a great product

Customer services reps are AMAZING! They helped me out so much by getting my printer going! Comes with a video but somewhere along the line I messed up. They helped get everything straightened out! I was so frustrated at first! But it was a user error. Now I’m printing beautiful designs and the quality is amazing! I would deff recommend this printer even for first time crafters.

This is the first time I’ve ordered anything this expensive and I was very scared of the out come but excited at the same time. I have a sublimation printer, and a Cricut machine. I love my Dtf printer, I ran into some issues but it was all set up problems. I had a technician answer all the questions had which was very helpful when my videos wouldn’t load. There were my prints after everything was set up. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Being a first timer at this I really enjoyed the printer. Also the customer service rep (Jack) was out of this world.! #probally pulling his hair out after our call. He was very experienced at what he does for the company. He helped me get up and running. I recommend this DTF printer to anyone who wants to run their own t-shirt business. The printer prints amazing, brilliant colors. Very easy to install. The technicians were patient and took the necessary time to get the printer in perfect working condition. I am very happy with this purchase!

The printer arrives in a very well packaged crate. I was intimidated by the setup instructions. However, it comes with the manual and videos (youtube.) I installed the ink and setup the printer without any issues. I started to print but the white ink would not work. I contacted customer service and the service you receive is unbeatable! He was so nice and polite. It was actually just a mistake I made on the printer settings. If you are considering a DTF printer, you should choose this one. They stand behind their product! The printer works perfectly !!! The service is unbeatable!!

I finally got to setup my A4 DTF printer everything was going smoothly but then my prints were off. I messaged Jack and he helped me get my print settings correct. He also told me how to do my everyday maintenance.
